【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforjoints,madeunderfieldconditions,betweenadjacentpreinsulatedpipesand/orfittingsindistrictheatingnetworks.ThespecifiedgeneralrequirementsarealsovalidforfieldmadeT-branches,bends,reducers,caps,etc.Thestandardcoversjointingofsteelservicepipesbymeansoffusionwelding,theconnectingofcasingendswithjointcasingsandthethermalinsulationwithpouredrigidPURfoam.ThisstandardspecifiesmethodsfortypetestsofcompletejointsandPUR-foamforjointsunderlaboratoryconditions.Thetypetestsapplyonlytostraightcasingjointswhicharenot-welded.Therequirementsofthisstandardcanalsobeappliedtocasingpipeweldings/connectionsofonsitemadefittings.Therequirementsofthisstandardareaimingatobtainingatechnicallifeofthejointsofatleast30years.
