【摘要】:ThispartofISO286givesvaluesofthelimitdeviationsforcommonlyusedtoleranceclassesforholesandshaftscalculatedfromthetablesgiveninISO286-1.ThispartofISO286coversvaluesfortheupperlimitdeviationsES(forholes)andes(forshafts),andthelowerlimitdeviationsEI(forholes)andei(forshafts)(seeFigures1and2).TheISOsystemfortolerancesonlinearsizeprovidesasystemoftolerancesanddeviationssuitableforfeaturesofthefollowingtypes:a)cylinders;b)twoparalleloppositesurfaces.Forsimplicity,andalsobecauseoftheimportanceofcylindricalworkpiecesofcircularsection,onlythesearereferredtoexplicitly.Itshouldbeclearlyunderstood,however,thatthetolerancesanddeviationsgiveninthispartofISO286equallyapplytoworkpiecesofotherthancircularsections.Inparticular,theterm“hole”or“shaft”isusedtodesignatefeaturesofthecylindertype(e.g.forthetolerancingofthediameterofaholeorshaft)and,forsimplicity,thesetermsarealsousedfortwoparalleloppositesurfaces(e.g.forthetolerancingofthethicknessofakeyorthewidthofaslot).Forfurtherinformationonterminology,symbols,thebasisofthesystem,etc.,seeISO286-1.
