【摘要】:Thesetestmethodsareusefulinindicatingthedifferencesinflexure(breakingload,modulusofrupture,modulusofelasticity)betweenvariousslates.Thesetestmethodsalsoprovideoneelementinthecomparisonofslates.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverdeterminationofthebreakingload,modulusofruptureandmodulusofelasticityofslatebymeansofflexuretests.1.2Units8212;ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
