【摘要】:Rubberandrubberproductsmustresistthedeteriorationofphysicalpropertieswithtimecausedbyoxidativeandthermalaging.Thistestmethodprovidesawaytoassesstheseperformancecharacteristicsofrubber,undercertainacceleratedconditionsasspecified.PleaserefertotheAnnexinTestMethodD573forimportantinformationonstandardcompoundsusedforprecisiontestingforacceleratedtestagingevaluation.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaproceduretodeterminetherelativedeteriorationresistanceofvulcanizedrubberinahightemperatureandhighpressureoxygenenvironment.Theremaybenoexactcorrelationbetweenthisacceleratedtestandnaturalagingofrubberbecauseofthevariedconditionsofnaturalaging.Thisacceleratedtestissuitableforlaboratorycompoundorproductcomparisons.Note18212;Forevaluatingrubbervulcanizatesunderlesssevereconditionsmorenearlyapproachingnaturalaging,theuseofTestMethodsD573andD865isrecommended.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.(Forspecificprecautionarystatement,seeNote2.)
