【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardestablishesasystemforthequalificationandcertificationofpersonnelwhoperformindustrialnon-destructivetesting(NDT).Theterm'industrial'impliestheexclusionofapplicationsinthefieldofmedicine.NOTEWherevergenderspecificwordssuchas"his","her","he"or"she"appearinthisstandardtheothergenderisalsoapplicable.WhencertificationofNDTpersonnelisdefinedinproductstandards,regulations,codesorspecifications,itisrecommendedtocertifythepersonnelinaccordancewiththisEN473.Thecertificationcoversproficiencyinoneormoreofthefollowingmethods:a)acousticemissiontesting;b)eddycurrenttesting;c)leaktesting(hydraulicpressuretestsexcluded);d)magneticparticletesting;e)penetranttesting;f)radiographictesting;g)ultrasonictesting;h)visualtesting(directunaidedvisualtestsandvisualtestscarriedoutduringtheapplicationofanotherNDTmethodareexcluded).ThesystemdescribedinthisstandardcanalsoapplytootherNDTmethodsprovidedanapprovedprogrammeofcertificationexists.
