【摘要】:Musterlistsareintendedtoprovidebothaneffectiveplanforassigningpersonnelstationsanddutiesintheeventofanyforseeableemergency,aswellasaquickvisualreferencethatacrewmembercanlookattofindoutwheretogo,whattobring,andwhatdutiestoperformintheeventofanemergencyandmustbepostedatalltimes.Thestationbillhasbeenchangedtomusterlist.Thetermstationbillmaybeusedoptionally.Sincenotwoclassesofvesselsorfacilitiesareidentical,musterlistsmustbetailoredforindividualvesselsorfacilities.Musterlistsareintendedtobepostedinconspicuouslocationsthroughoutthevesselfortheuseofthecrew.Postedmusterlistsshallbeatleast600by750mm(24by30in.).Musterlistsshalloutlinethespecialdutiesanddutystationsforeachmemberofthecrew,includingthechainofcommand,forthevariousemergencies.Asfaraspossible,dutiesshallbecomparablewiththeregularworkoftheindividual.ThemusterlistshallsetforththevarioussignalstobeusedforthecallingofthecrewtotheirstationsandforgivinginstructionstothemwhileattheirstationsasoutlinedinSection4.Themusterlistshallillustratethepurposeofcontrols.Themusterlistshallillustratetheprocedureforoperatingthelaunchingdevice.Themusterlistshallgiverelevantinstructionsorwarnings.Themusterlistshouldbeabletobeseeneasilyunderemergencylightingconditions.ThemusterlistmustalsodisplaythesymbolsinaccordancewithIMOResolutionA.760(18).Thefinalmusterlistshouldbeassimpleaspossible;andanaccurateandup-to-datemusterlistshouldbemaintained.1.1Thispracticesetsforththeelementstobeincludedinanemergencymusterlist,includingemergencysignals,anditslocationonavesselorfacility.Thispracticealsoincludesemergencyinstructionsforpassengers.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
