【摘要】:Thisguideistobeusedbyanyonedevelopingcleaningrequirementsforspecificationsformanufacturing,maintenance,oroverhaul.Thisguidehasbeendesignedtobeapplicationspecificforeachcleaningtaskandtoassurethedesignengineerthattheprocessselectedbytheindustrialormanufacturingengineerwillbecompatiblewithboththepartmaterialandthesubsequentprocess(es).Thisguideallowstheindustrialormanufacturingengineertocustomizetheselectionofthecleaningproductbasedonthematerialsofthepartbeingcleaned;thecleanlinessrequiredforthesubsequentprocess(es);andtheenvironmental,cost,andhealthandsafetyconcerns.1.1Thisguideisintendedtoassistdesignengineers,manufacturing/industrialengineers,andproductionmanagersinselectingthebestfitcleaningagentandprocess.Thisguidetakesintoaccountenvironmentalpollutionpreventionfactorsinaselectionprocess.1.2Thisguideisnottobeconsideredasadatabaseofacceptablematerials.Itwillguidetheengineersandmanagersthroughthecleaningmaterialselectionprocess,callingforengineerstocustomizetheirselectionbasedonthecleaningrequirementsforthecleaningtasksathand.Ifapartcanbecleaned,andkeptclean,itcanbecycledthroughseveralprocessstepsthathavecleaningrequirements.Thiseliminatesextracleaningprocessstepsduringthetotalprocess.Atotallifecyclecostanalysisorperformance/costofownershipstudyisrecommendedtocomparethemethodsavailable.1.3Thisguideisforgeneralindustrymanufacturing,equipmentmaintenanceandremanufacturingoperations,andtosomeextentprecisioncleaningofmechanicalpartsandassemblies.Itisnotintendedtobeusedforoptical,medical,orelectronicsapplications,norisitintendedfordry-cleaningorsuper-criticalfluidcleaning.1.4ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodseparatesasphaltsintofourwell-definedfractions.Analysisofthesefractionscanbeusedtoevaluateasphaltcomposition(1,2).Forexample,onecancomparetheratiosofthefractionswithotherasphaltsystemstoevaluateprocessingandagingparametersthatrelatetoperformancepropertiesoftheasphalt.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheseparationoffourdefinedfractionsfrompetroleumasphalts.Thefourfractionsaredefinedassaturates,naphthenearomatics,polararomatics,andiso-octaneinsolubleasphaltenes.Thismethodcanalsobeusedtoisolatesaturates,naphthenearomatics,andpolararomaticsfromdistillateproductssuchasvacuumgasoils,lubricatingoils,andcyclestocks.Thesedistillateproductsusuallydonotcontainasphaltenes.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection8.1.4Sinceaprecisionestimateforthisstandardhasnotbeendeveloped,thistestmethodistobeusedforresearchorinformationalpurposesonly.Therefore,thisstandardshouldnotbeusedforacceptanceorrejectionofamaterialforpurchasingpurposes.
